(A) Regular Posts:-

1.) Deputy Director (Programme Division)
Number of Posts: 01
Pay Band / Grade Pay: Rs. 15,600- 39,100 + GP Rs. 6,600/-

Educational Qualification & Experience:
i. Post Graduate degree in relevant discipline i.e. Home Science with specialization in Community Resource Management or Foods and Nutrition or Child Development/ Psychology/ Education/ Social Work/ Sociology/Anthropology/ Management/ Public Administration/Statistics depending upon the field relevant to the post.
ii. Five years experience in teaching/ research/ project formulation/ monitoring and supervision in the fields of Child Development/ Mother Care/ Social Welfare/ Maternal and Child Health/Designing and Production of Audio-Visual Material for teaching and extension, relevant to the post.

2.) Associate Librarian
Number of Posts: 01
Pay Band / Grade Pay: Rs. 9,300-34,800+GP Rs. 4,200
Reserved/Unreserved: Reserved for Physically Handicapped persons, having only one leg or muscular weakness. Persons having 40% or more disability will be eligible.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
The candidate should possess
(i) Master’s degree in any of the Social Sciences
(ii) Recognised degree in Library Science
(iii) three years experience of Library/Documentation work in Govt. or other reputed organization or recognized diploma in Library Science with about 5 years experience of Library/Documentation work in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000 (pre-revised).

Desirable:
Experience of working in Information / Documentation Centre, with special reference to information storage and Retrieval Systems.

3.) Assistant
Number of Posts: 01
Pay Band / Grade Pay: Rs. 9,300-34,800+GP Rs. 4,200
Reserved/Unreserved: Reserved for OBC.
Age on the date of advertisement: 30 years
Post currently available at – Indore
Educational Qualification & Experience:
Graduate from a recognized university with experience of working in a Central/State Government Office or Autonomous Bodies and knowledge of Government rules and orders.Experience of work in Cash, Establishment/General administration will be preferred.

4.) Jr. Hindi Translator

Pay Band / Grade Pay: Rs. 9,300-34,800+GP Rs. 4,200

Educational Qualification & Experience:
i. Bachelor’s degree of a recognized University with Hindi and English as main subjects, which includes the term compulsory/elective subjects.
ii. Diploma/ Certificate in Translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa from a recognized University/ Institution.
iii. A speed of 25 w.p.m. in Hindi typewriting.
iv. Knowledge of MS Office and similar computer application

Desirable:

Experience of translation from Hindi to English and vice-versa in Central/ State Government Offices including autonomous organizations.

(B) Temporary Project Posts:-

1.) Project Officer
Age Limit: 40 years. In case of retired Govt. employees – 62 years.
No. of Posts: 08 (04 for New Delhi and 01 each for Guwahati, Bangalore, Lucknow and Indore).
Monthly remuneration to each Rs.40,000/-p.m. each (Consolidated).
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Sociology, Psychology, Social Anthropology preferably having specialization in Criminology and Correctional Administration or Child & Family Welfare. Candidates should have minimum of 5 yrs. Experience in Research/ Training/Monitoring of Social Development Programmes etc. Retired Govt. Officials with requisite experience in the related field will also be eligible.

2.) Consultant
Age Limit: 65 years
No. of Posts: 06 (New Delhi)
Monthly remuneration to each Rs. 25,000/- p.m. each (Consolidated)
Educational Qualification and Experience:
One each in Public Health, Nutrition, Early Childhood Education, Statistics, Management, Communication. Candidates should possess Master’s Degree in the relevant subject with minimum of 10 years of experience in Research/ Training/Monitoring of Social Development Programme, Administration, etc. Retire Govt. officials with requisite experience in the related field can also apply. Candidates having experience of working in ICDS/RCH-Programmes would be given preference.

3.) Project Associate
Age Limit: 40 years. In case of retired Govt. employees – 62 years.
No. of Posts: 05 (01 each at New Delhi, Guwahati, Bangalore, Lucknow and Indore).
Monthly remuneration to each Rs. 21, 000/- p.m. Each (Consolidated).
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Master’s Degree in Social Work or Sociology, Psychology, preferably having specialization in Criminology and Correctional Administration or Child & Family Welfare. Candidates should have minimum of 3 yrs. experience in Research/ Training/ Monitoring of Social Development Programmes etc. Retired Govt. Officials with requisite experience in the related field will also be eligible.

4.) Programme Assistant
Age Limit: 35 years
No. of PostS: 01 (01 for New Delhi)
Monthly remuneration to each Rs.8, 775/- p.m. (Consolidated)
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor Degree with 2 yrs. Experience of holding administrative responsibilities, handling cash and maintenance of accounts on Tally software.

5.) Date Entry Operator
Age Limit: 35 years
No. of Posts: 01 (01 for New Delhi)
Monthly remuneration to each Rs. 7800/- p.m. each (consolidated)
Educational Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor degree with basic Knowledge of computer applications and typing.

General Instructions:
1. The locations of each post has been given provisionally. On final selection a candidate can be posted at any of the Institute’s office located in Guwahati, Indore, Bengaluru, Lucknow or New Delhi.
2. In case of regular posts, the upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/physically handicapped and others as per the rules applicable in Govt. of India for Central Govt. employees. Maximum age limit will be reckoned on last date for receipt of application.
3. The candidates serving in Govt. /autonomous bodies/statutory bodies or public undertaking should forward their applications through proper channel failing which the application is likely to be rejected.
4. A written test followed by an interview will be Conducted for each post. In case of receipt of large number of applications for a post, the Institute may invite only those candidates for written test/interview who possesses higher qualifications and experience. No TA/DA will be paid for written test/interview.
5. On the basis of written test/interview the Institute may also prepare a panel of candidates to use the same to engage candidates on consolidated remuneration for its short term projects/research studies.
