Job Description :
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE (Preferred experience/sector/role) :
Minimum call center experience of six months.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED (e.g. Communication skill, Interpersonal skill):
Excellent listening skills.
Good command over language.
Ready to work night shifts
ROLES AND ACCOUNTABILITY (Job responsibilities) :
Managing the customers expectations in the right manner
Provide the customer with the best customer service and after sale service.
Suggest the customer with the right supplement depending on customer’s health concern.
Follow correct procedure to process the orders as per the data protection act.
Overall Purpose: Book orders on phone and provide best possible customer service to the customer.

Understand the customers heath concern and provide the customer with the right supplement
Should have complete knowledge of product and process.
Should be a good listener and have good communication skills.
QUALIFICATION (Highest qualification required) :
Graduate of any stream
