Job Description : A Solutions Consultant in the Contact Center Industry (Inbound, Outbound, or Blended environments) to support new opportunities and
existing account base primarily focused in India & Middle East. Provide sales support to the account executives and channel partners that includes;
discovery, presentation assistance, demos, configuration and pricing, solution selling strategies, RFP assistance, partner product liaison, etc.
Business Development expertise to enable the sales & delivery of eWFM and PM Services in India & Middle East. This role is focused expanding our offerings in
Performance Optimization to include Business Process Consulting to help pull through additional training and PS work on Performance Optimization products.
Qualifications:
Management graduate.
Strong Presentation, People, and Computer skills.
Detailed understanding of Contact Center Technology and operation. This would include ACD, Outbound Dialing, CTI, WFM, IVR, Quality Monitoring, Performance
Optimization, Telephony, Data Communications, etc.
Knowledge and understanding of Client/Server technology, Software applications, databases, and multi-media.
Knowledge and understanding of LAN/WAN technology and operation, VoIP technology, and Web environment.
Knowledge of Aspect Call Center, Aspect Customer Self Service, Aspect Unified IP/EnsemblePro, Aspect eWorkForce Management, Aspect Performance Optimization
Suite, or competitive offerings to the Aspect product suite.
