Tata Communications Managers Job Responsibilities :
a) Key Objective / Purpose of the Job: Managing facilities off all the offices ,residential premises and guest houses at Mumbai
b) Major Activities:
- Laisioning and documentation for real estate
- Space planning and implementation as per business requirement
- Maintaining high standards of Facility Management & Security for all office, guesthouse and residential premises
- Cost effective repairs and maintenance of all premises, ensuring employee safety
- Overall control and monitoring of Security systems, process and physical security deployment.
- Preparing annual budget and controlling the expenses effectively
- Timely submission of MIS for operating cost, activities, budget variance.
- Initiative to improve process, reduce cost and enhance customer experience
- Monthly operation review with service providers to ensure healthy site operations
- Managing statutory compliance pertaining to the function with the help of other responsible teams such as legal, HR, Finance, etc.
- Timely renewal of AMC & Service contracts
- Providing world class guest house management service through service provider
- Controlling and monitor Telecommunication cost pertaining to the function,
- Constant supervision over staff related services such as cafeteria, guesthouse, tea/coffee facilities, conference room facilities, etc
- Team mentoring through constant interactions, team bonding activities and training.
- Disseminate KRA to the team to achieve strategic corporate planned objectives & regular review for progress.
Tata Communications Managers Job Requirements :
a) Essential Qualifications: Graduation
b) Requisite Skills:
Functional : Experience in Telecom industry preferred. Monthly MIS compilation for facilities.
Behavioral : Good communication skills
c) Work Experience : 10-12 years
