Accurate and thorough profiling of the candidate as per client
requirements.
Liaise with Client and Candidate to arrange meetings/discussion.
Counsel and coach candidates for interviewProvide client feedback
Maintain client - candidate relationship.
Education & Experience:
Graduate
6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment from the search/selection industry.
