Graduate Engineers possessing any one of the following recognized Degree in Engineering or AMIE as on the 17th March, 2010 and willing to join RVUNL and its subsidiary companies as Junior Engineer-I, may apply against the vacancies given below:-
RVUNL requires Junior Engineer-I (Electrical): 137 Posts
Qualification: Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Power Systems & High Voltage/ Power Plant Engineering.
RVUNL requires Junior Engineer-I (Mechanical): 136 Posts
Qualification: Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering/ Production & Industrial / Thermal / Mechanical & Automation / Power Plant Engineering.
RVUNL requires Junior Engineer-I (Control & Instrumentation): 24 Posts
Qualification: Electronics/ Electronics & Tele-Communication/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Controls/ Electronics & Power/Power Electronics/ Industrial Electronics.
RVUNL requires Junior Engineer-I (Civil): 35 Posts
Qualification: Civil Engineering
Junior Engineer-I (Fire Fighting): 19 Posts
Qualification: Fire Fighting Engineering
RVUNL Recruitment Eligibility :
Candidates must hold a Degree in Engineering or equivalent from a University established by Law in India or a Degree of a foreign University or institution, declared by the competent authority equivalent to a Degree in Engineering of a University established by Law in India, on the 17th March,
The Degree in Engineering must be with minimum 60% marks in aggregate or AMIE with minimum 55% marks in aggregate. Provided that in case of Degree in Engineering, OBC/BC (including the persons belonging to SBC) category candidates of Non-creamy layer will be allowed relaxation of 5% marks, and SC/ ST category and Physically Handicapped candidates will be allowed relaxation of 10% marks. In case of AMIE qualification, candidates of SC, ST, OBC/BC (including the persons belonging to SBC) category of Non-creamy layer and Physically Handicapped will be allowed relaxation of 5% in marks
RVUNL Recruitment Age Limit (as on 17.3.2010):
The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must have not attained the age of 35 years as on 17th March, 2010. Provided that the maximum age for :
(a). male candidates of SC, ST, OBC/BC (including the persons belonging to SBC) category of Non-creamy layer and female candidates of Unreserved category may be relaxed by 5 years.
(b). female candidates of SC, ST and OBC/BC (including the persons belonging to SBC) category of Non-creamy layer may be relaxed by 10 years.
(c). Physically Handicapped candidates of Unreserved category, OBC/BC (including the persons belonging to SBC) category of Noncreamy layer and SC/ ST category may be relaxed upto 10 years, 13 years and 15 years respectively.
