Area of responsibilities:
-To work as a Profit Centre Head for TGY in the capacity of ASM .
-Prepare Sales Plan and set targets for sales associates in allocated region.
-Work with Sales Head along with the sales team in establishing the sales and service network in the assigned area.
-Responsible for Revenue, Receivables, Inventory and sales targets and entire Logistics for the Area.
-Supervise master distribution plan covering network spread and Share of market
-Execution of marketing activities proposed by Marketing Department including but not limiting to BTL activities.
-Responsible for monitoring and improving secondary sales in the area.
-Ensure customer satisfaction through Warranty & Service
-Play a critical role in devising the market strategies based on varied segmentation and understanding the consumer need including various scheme applications.
-Act as an administrative incharge for the area.
-Good understanding of the Channel sales in the region with minimum five years experience in battery industry.
-Good understanding of competitors activities and product performance
-Interpersonal relationships as strength to develop contacts with dealers, consumers to provide efficient After Sales Service.
-High analytical abilites
-Self motivated and ability to take his team together for achivements of targets.
Qualification: Graduate + MBA / BE (pref)
Previous Experience : Total 8-14 years (out of which 4-5 yrs in battery is must)
