Job Profile :
The CAM for Unified Communications is responsible for the identification, recruitment, and enablement of key regional UC partners and who wish to specialize in UC and related advanced technologies.
Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Initial scope of role to focus on regional partner recruitment for UC.
- Analysis of key market trends, with focus on major competitor partner strategies.
- Identification of new UC Channel partners that specialize in UC product category.
- Evaluation of business models and strategy to enlist regional partners.
- Support existing UC partners to grow their business regionally.
- Establish, maintain working relationships with key APAC function business stakeholders in Legal, Finance and CA.
- Establish and maintain working business partner relationships with APAC Channel Operations, and Field Sales teams.
- Consult with APAC Product Management and Solutions Marketing leadership teams to provide market impact analysis on technology and business partnership decisions.
- Establish working relationships and alignment with World Wide Channels organization.
- Apply expert business and industry knowledge to lead business and market development activities.
- Assist and participate in strategic marketing planning aligned with Partner Business Planning principals.
- Key alignment to APAC Channel Operations: Strategic Alliance Team, APAC Technical Operations and Channel Marketing Programs.
- Drive UC Revenue growth - Grow AT attach rate
- Drive Contact Center & RMC application revenue growth and increase attach rate
- Recruit competitive UC partners
- Accelerate current Cisco partner UC revenue & attach-rate
- Big Bet investment program management
- Drive Commercial sales programs through distributor / tier-2 partners
- Manage Vertical Apps Dev partners FCS, RightCall, Servion, etc
- Build Eco system partner relationship Witness, Nice, Telrex, etc
- Drive UC Channels Marketing Initiatives
