To facilitate the CSO team to achieve company objectives through effective relationship with CSO Management and field force by way of continuous communication, coaching, motivating and through regular reviewing and following up on key performance indicators.

KRA’s
• Achievement of Sell Out and Sell In objectives
• Drive entire range of consumer and prescription driven brands
• Effectively manage relationship with the CSO
• Ensure All India CSO team effectiveness with Doctors, Retailers, Institutions, Stockists, CFAs and Modern Trade
• Effective co-ordination with HO team especially Brand, Training and Trade Marketing for continuous support to operations.
