Job Profile for the Airtel Job :
To achieve maximum revenue in the zone through Data orders from corporate, SME customer base through Channel Partners and System Integrators, by Appointment of System Integrators and CP and ensuring adequate staffing.
1. To appoint Channel Partners
- Responsible for identification, short listing, appointment & development of channel partners which will increase the reach and market penetration
- Appointment of channel partners and their manpower.
- Ensuring that sufficient manpower is on board as per budget.
2. Sales Targets & Business Management
- To achieve desired business so as to achieve ROI of channel partners.
- Meeting monthly targets of data OBV and installation revenue, new account penetration, new product sales through Channel Partners
- Update Channel Partner on Airtel products, services, system and processes so that they are able to close business independently
- Channel Partner and manpower retention.
- Ensuring CP & SI Commissions payoff is done.
3. Team Motivation & Leadership
- Heading a team comprising Indirect Channels.
- Training and competency building for Channel team on products and processes
- Ensure compliance to eCRM and related processes
