Responsibilities for the Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd Job
Recruit front line staff as per requirement
Identify different sources for ongoing talent supply.
Understand talent market dynamics and track competitor initiatives
Shortlist candidates and conduct HR round of interview for CCAs.
Ensure issuance of Offer letter at the CCA / Senior CCA level after position closure within agreed timelines.
Maintain Recruitment MIS and track its effectiveness
Maintain dashboard of monthly performance.
Track TAT, residency, exits in the MIS.
Track performance of consultants and send on a monthly basis.
Drive cost saving initiatives and suggest means to reduce recruitment costs
Track Training Effectiveness Metrics
Maintain database of training completion for employees
Track metrics (store performance, percentage increase in ABV etc.) to assess the feedback of the program.
To Action on the feedback post the program and Assess gaps & incorporate the valid & feasible suggestions.
Track customer satisfaction to assess training effectiveness.

MIS & Training
Track Training man hours, effectiveness index, customer satisfaction scores, budget tracker etc
Drive cost saving initiatives in the region.
Cost spent per retail frontline staff on training.
Monthly MIS to be sent.

Employee Engagement
Implementation of the OHS initiative.
Implement activities and competitions to recognize and reward talent.
Build a rapport and an emotional bond with the frontline team by providing a platform to express grievances.
MIS to be maintained of number of grievances handled in the defined period and solutions provided where found possible.

Experience
2 years, preferably in retail recruitment
