Responsibilities
Launch of Offshore products from Bahrain / HK booking center and similar products from other countries where HDFC Bank starts operations. Launch defined as customer can apply for the product on the date of opening of Bahrain branch.
Seeking approval from various stake holders in the Bank for launch
Seeking regulatory approval for product launch
Ensuring that the products / processes are in within the regulatory frame work
Submission of product / process documents with regulators before launch / sales is started
Liaisoning with operations team / BPRG for product set-up in core banking application
Liaisoning with marketing, legal, compliance, stationery and other internal teams in the Bank to ensure all product related forms, collaterals, documents, stationery is in place
Tracking competition, evaluating changes done by competition and amending product if required
Providing complete product support (TPP India and Offshore) to all NRI sales channels - onshore and offshore
Identifying gap areas in NRI TPP business and providing solutions
Working very closely with research team and ensuring all products are research ratified, fixing fund manager meetings/concalls etc
Requirements for the HDFC Bank Ltd Job
Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Others or equivalent.
