Domain exposure in Banking / Finance / BPO / Service Industry.
Exposure to OD (Organizational Development) applying Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma & other improvemnent initiatives preferred.
Nature of Job:
Project Planning
Preparation of action plan & gaining agreement with the customer
Allocation of resources
Building customer relations
Accounts Management
Project tracking & escalation
Attending and reporting reviews
Additional requisites:
Excellent Leadership & Communication skills.
Change Management skills with convincing ability.

Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
Education/ Qualification:
CA/ICWA/ MBA - Finance
