Job Description of the Viva Infomedia Job :
The candidate is expected to Develop & Implement Strategies for selling SMS Solutions & Mobile Marketing Services to Corporate & SMEs. He is also required to Identify New Markets & Applications for SMS Solutions & Mobile Marketing Services. It also involves setting up and managing Channel Partner network for various products with specific emphasis on SMS Solutions. The job will require a focus on revenue growth, account planning, high level negotiations, strong presentation and face to face selling skills as well as effective relationship building. Sales:
• Developing Sales plan
• Deciding individual sales targets for Sales team
• Assigning targeted clients among sales team
• Tracking top customer list
• Developing new corporate clients and gradually handing over it to Sales Manager
• Developing Pricing plans
• Daily analysis of sales leads
• Conducting weekly sales reviews
• Analyzing monthly Sales
• Customer won/lost analysis
• Monthly, quarterly and yearly sales estimation
• Reporting to Business head on weekly basis
Sales Team Management:
• Managing sales team
• Career development plan for sales managers
• Training sales managers on regular basis
• Educating Sales team about market dynamics like competition, sector specific information etc.
• Recruiting new sales people
Process:
• Preparing weekly Sales MIS
• Ensuring daily updation of CRM by Sales Team
• Candidate Profile:
• Past experience in selling software or IT Products or any other e-commerce related product will be preferred.
• Should be able to drive good results & should be able to follow up leads and close deals.
• Very Good Communication Skills (Oral, Written and Presentation Skills) & can talk with clients intelligently.
• Demonstrated ability to present to CEO/CFO/CXO level audience.
• Must be prepared to travel across India.
Annual Package: Salary + Performance Bonus + Benefits
Minimum 3 year Experience Preferred.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduation, BBA, BMS, MBA in Marketing is preferable
