Job Profile of the LRN Job :
General HR Activities:
• Employee orientation and joining formalities.
• General HR administration, including leave management, issue of confirmation, promotion letters, and updating of employee information on HR Mantra.
• Assist with the performance management process.
• Assist with employee welfare activities.
• Preparation of Training Calendar.
• Ensure implementation of policies.
• Facilitate the exit and separation process.
• Assist with preparation of MIS Reports.
• Responsible for maintenance of Employee Personnel Files.
Qualification & Experience for the LRN Job:
• Graduate with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma in Human Resources would be an advantage.
• Computer savvy with good knowledge of MS office and email.
• Knowledge of PF procedures
