Job Description of the Samsara Shipping Pvt. Ltd Job :
• Experience in handling corporate commercial contracts, labour & environmental laws, litigations in courts and arbitrations tribunals, statutory compliances, preparation of legal briefs, petitions, interaction with external counsels & briefing.
• Candidate must have knowledge of court procedures & independent drafting skills commensurate with high corporate standards along with a solution based approach to aid the business with the objective of prevention of litigations.
• Candidate will be required to handle statutory compliance monitoring, contract vetting, litigations, providing correct legal advice on various issues relating to the company’s operations, including providing practical solutions to issues.
Desired Candidate Profile for the Samsara Shipping Pvt. Ltd Job :
• Additional experience preferred in Company Secretaries must have experience in company law procedures and practice including holding of board, general meetings and company law compliances.
