Responsibilities
1. Achievement of business targets assigned from Top Management from time to time.
2. Achieve cross-sell penetration targets and TPP targets assigned from time to time.
3. To ensure productivity of team(executives and Team Leaders) month on month.
4. To maintain the IRR and COA assigned.
5. To achieve PDD collection target (ensure upto 100% updation of PDD’s and control PDD flows to higher buckets).
6. To ensure that assigned Branches are met atleast twice every month (once every fortnight) and MOM’s uploaded.
7. To achieve laid benchmarks for TAT and FTNR.
Requirements
Candidate must possess Full time Graduation Degree.
Required skill(s): Team Management Skills, Knowledge of Banking, Automobile Industry.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
MIS management skills.
To monitor & review sales team activities daily, maintain sales reports & ensure sales team productivity.
