TM/TO are responsible for team of civil engineers and Technical agencies who undertakes valuation. His responsibility includes delivering the correct valuation reports within approved turn around time.
Qualification- BE /BTech/B.Arch/Diploma Holders
Candidates with construction industry experience preferably on residential/ commercial complexes or Civil Engineer Graduate with Valuation experience would be preferred.

- Approving Projects after doing complete legal and technical due diligence and tracking the progress of the property and rate/sft at regular interval.
- Tracking property price movement of the respective locations.
- Cross auditing of properties.

- Managing database of negative properties and builders.
- Appointing and managing relationship with empanelled valuers.
