Responsibilities
The Candidate in this role will take the responsibility for the following activities:
- The incumbent would be responsible for financial control in the company through maintenance of accounts, book-keeping & adequate internal controls
- Responsible for maintenance of accurate account books and Reporting including statutory/tax audits
- Ensure compliance with Indian & US GAAP accounting practices, Statute and Direct and * Indirect Taxation including SOX compliance
- Responsible for formulating policies, procedures & systems for finance processes in the organization which would lead to greater cost optimization and controls
- Responsible for financial control of the company operations
- Responsible for accuracy & timeliness in Payroll and Payables
- Responsible for accounting of billing & collections
Requirements
- The Candidate must be a CA/CWA with around 6 - 8 years experience in Financial Control, Consolidation and ERP Taxation.
- Good conceptual understanding for the financial reporting including requirements under * Indian GAAP/US GAAP/ IFRS
- Good SAP knowledge (preferred).
- Good Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to independently drive projects/assignments
- Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
