Job Profile for the ING Vysya Bank Job:

To manage the profitable growth of the business by achieving the sales Target of the location.
Drive the day-to-day business through various activities.
Channel Building Activity in line with Policy of the organisation.
Manage the micro promotional activity.
Supervision of Sales Channels and guidance for quality growth.
Regular training to the front-end sales team.
Monitoring the micro level performance of front end sales team
Managing the DST & DSA to ensure growth in line with company policy.
Build DSA and DST network to ensure sufficient distribution network.
Monitor the yield while growing the volume.
Better co-ordination to ensure better end result to customers.
Describe the major challenges you face in carrying out your job, and what you do in order to overcome them.
- Identifying the right channel for distribution network.
- Pricing in the competitive market.
- Attrition in the front-end sales team.
- Managing team size of 40 DST & 5 DSA.
