Job Profile of the Furnace Fabrica Job:
Core competencies:-
1. Raising finance by way of working capital, project financing from Financial Institutional/ Banks & other private funding and preparing project report & corporate presentation
2. Preparation & finalization of Annual Accounts
3. Dealing with both External / Internal Auditors
4. Treasury and Cash Management, Debtors & Creditors monitoring
5. MIS & other metrics including monthly Profit & Loss A/C, Cash Flow, monthly/quarterly/annual projections, Analysis of revenue & cost
6. Budgeting & Variance Analysis
7. Handling revenue cost and pricing model for exiting & new business.
8. Taxation matters including both Direct & Indirect taxation, Income Tax, VAT, Excise, Custom & Service Tax
9. Handling Import & Export clearance & submission of claim for incentives
10. Dealing in Foreign Exchange
11. Handling of all assessment under Income Tax, VAT, Excise & Custom and Service Tax including filing of Appeal with Tribunals
12. Reduction in bank interest on working Capital & Term Loan and charges on LC & Bank Guarantee
13. Completion of new projects in time with approval from various Govt. Authorities and arrangement of Project Finance
General Responsibilities:
• To keep all Records of Accounts up - to - date in Tally at all times
• Accounts Finalisation
• Interacting with Auditors
• Monthly Analysis of Statement of Income & Expenditure
• Bank Loans & Other Bank related matters
• Petty Cash Matters
• Debtors List - Payment Outstanding
• Maintaining a proper Filing system to ensure that all documents are stored properly & in a systematic way to ensure easy access at all times
• Restructuring the accounts department as & when required
• Ensuring that the accounts staff is properly trained to meet all modern day requirements
• Preparing all reports (Petty Cash, Expenditure, Monthly Cash Flow etc.)

Must be a CA with minimum 5 - 10 years of work experience
