Job Profile of the Diageo Job:
Purpose
The role provides the required support to the Senior Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis and the Finance Director through financial planning, reporting and analysis

Key Accountabilities
· Financial Planning and Reporting
- Preparation, consolidation and reporting of results to UK
- Providing quality commentary on the business results and comparison with prior year/ budget
- Generation of MIS / BPM (Business Performance Mgmt) pack – analysis and commentary for India Leadership Team (ILT)
- Close interaction with Asia hub
- Forecasts and updates to Asiapac and ILT
· Systems and Controls
Constant improvements in the systems and process either self driven or with the help of IS to make the process “Simpler, Faster, Better
Qualifications
· Chartered Accountant and/or MBA (Finance)
Functional Capabilities
· Analytical skills
· Quality MIS generation with analysis
· Systems, knowledge & applications
· Business performance management
· Specific technical skills with emphasis company reporting
Other skills required
· Developing commercial guile

Experience
· Around 3+ years experience in MIS/ Budgeting,
Experience in FMCG is preferred
