Job Description of the Baring Private Equity Partners India Limited Job :
The successful candidate will develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses, to provide insight into the organization’s operations and business plans. The selected candidate will review existing financial policies and procedures, document and advise on changes necessary to achieve best practice compliance and also develop and monitor the budgets, short, medium, and long-term financial plans. The selected candidate will identify suitable partnerships and acquisitions, engage in evaluation of target companies, build transaction completion plans, evaluate prospective company’s financial health and provide necessary guidance and ensuring efficient and effective due diligence processes across functional disciplines at the company. The individual will be a part of the core team for direct reports to compile research, develop detailed financial models, valuation scenarios for potential transactions and help support the execution of transactions. Once the acquired company is part of Infrasoft network, the individual may be tasked with executing the role of a corporate representative for the acquired SBU.
Qualifications and Experience for the Baring Private Equity Partners India Limited Job
An excellent academic background, with minimum 2 years of broad finance experience preferably in an IT Financial setup. Candidate should have excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical and abstract reasoning skills with demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.
