Job Profile for the Airtel Job:
1. Development & Implementation of strategies & programs for customer acquisition & market share in postpaid Retail, SME, Corporate & Alternate Channel segments
2. Development of New products for differentiation and garnering greater market share
4. Development of product, promotions & management of S&D at optimal level
5. Review marketwise product offerings competition and evaluation of Financial impact of tariff offerings & promotions, inter departmental liasioning for implementation of the same
6. Conceptualization and implementation of customer engagement initiatives & Third party alliances (discount tie-ups, one on one offers, give aways etc
7. Channel involvement, engagement and promotion programs for enhanced productivity and channel loyalty.
