Job Description (Summary) of the Gammon India Ltd. Job:
a)Drafting and vetting of various agreements conversant with infrastructure sector such as, Concession / license Agreement, JV Agreement, Shareholders Agreement. EPC Contract, O&M Contract and financing / Loan Documents
b)Independently strategize, negotiate and finalize agreements with counter parties.
c)Handling all arbitrations matters arising out of contractual disputes
d)Handling of petitions.
e)Contractual Risk evaluation and recommend mitigation measures.
Qualification & Experience for the Gammon India Ltd. Job:
LLB for recognized university.Relevant experience between 15 to 18 years. in a Large size Construction Company
