Job Description of the Reliance BPO Pvt. Ltd. Job :
Check whether Voice/Data Services are up and running.
Alarm management issues like capturing and analyzing
The alarms for specific issues before escalation to the
supporting vendor.
CSR management (Addition/Deletion) of skills for the
Inhouse CC locations.
Creation of the required CDNs, Skills and Scripts as per
change management scope.
Any database related activities as per the scope.
L1 level troubleshooting and routine tasks.
Weekly and Monthly maintenance activities.
Generating reports & logs on a periodic basis as per set
Co-ordination with support teams.
Should be ready to work in shifts (including night shift).
