We have Urgent opening for Channel Account Manager in Mumbai/Bangalore.
We are looking for Channel Account Manager in Mumbai/Bangalore
Below mentioned are the details of the job profile:
Company : Premier provider of IT security solutions for business acceleration.
Designation : Channel Account Manager
Experience :
-Responsible for driving incremental business thorough the Channels and Partners network.
-Manage Channels operation readiness and provide support to achieve that.
- Ensure Partners are enabled to the relevant levels of sales and technical accreditation.
Responsibilities
Mandatory
-Have a Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Channels Management
-Achieve the targets (Quota, MBOs) assigned to them every Quarter.
-Required to develop in conjunction with the partners an annual business plan. This plan is to identify markets, core competencies and revenue objectives
-On a Quarterly basis, identify and implement a series of strategic objectives (MBO> ‘> s). It will be the responsibility of the CAM to achieve these MBOs and report to the Manager on their progress and completion on a monthly basis.
- Responsible for the maintenance of a weekly Partner forecast.
- Work with Partners on driving demand generation and brand awareness activities together with Companies Marketing function. Ensure events are effective and accountable in results
- Ensure all operational matters (contracts validity, credit limit, logistics) regarding partners are managed to achieve a smooth working relationship with the Company
- Build long term and trusting relationship with Partners to sustain loyalty and commitment.
- Ensure that all channel partners, have at any given point of time, the appropriate level of Technical and Sales accreditation
- Responsible for conflict resolution within the Partner community
- Responsible for appropriate and effective investment of the MDF, in accordance with the guidelines and ensure all funds are utilized within the MDF window
- Possess Strong Multi tasking, Independent, Positive attitude.
- Able to demonstrate Strong Time Management, Tasks and Customer Management skills.
- Know how to grow a territory.
- Must have an understanding of how to work in a matrix team and achieve results with others. Be a Team Player.
Nice to Have
- Understand expense management and the impact on the business.
- Professional attitude in handling conflicts management and Maturity is a plus.
-Have Security subject matter expertise. The security landscape, perimeter vs. data security, why business needs security, compliance landscape.
