MGM Institute of Health Sciences, Navi Mumbai - The MGM Deemed University has been originally notified as a Deemed to be University in the name and style of “MGM Institute of Health Sciences vide Notification No. F.9-21/2005-U.3 (A) dated 30.08.2006 issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of Higher Education New Delhi. Following a letter issued by the UGC allowing the Deemed Universities to use the word ‘University’ with their name, the Board of Management MGM Institute of Health Sciences decided to rename the Institution as MGM University of Health Sciences.

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to Post graduate courses in Medical/Nursing/Physiotherapy subjects (MD/MS/PG Diploma/MSc (Nursing)/M.P.Th) for the year 2010-11 at constituent units at Aurangabad and Navi Mumbai campus of MGM deemed university
Examination centres: Guwahati, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, Chandigarh, Navi Mumbai, Kolkata, Aurangabad
Date of entrance examination: Sunday, 14th February 2010 between 2.00 pm and 5.00 pm
Admission will be as per regulation of respective councils/UGC
Date for submission: 31st December, 2009
