Arranging & scheduling meetings Managing Calendars Drafting letter/mails Travel Arrangements, Booking of flights, Hotel reservations Follow-up with concerned departments & ensuring completion of tasks on specified target date. confirming the client Visits Managing administrative work of the Director. Attending telephone calls on behalf of the Director Personal and other official work of the director Should be presentable with good communication skills.
