Job Description of the Reliance BPO Job
Drafting contractual agreements of various requirements of Vendors and Client.
Handling legal aspects / issues relating to contractual management.
Drafting Terms & Conditions and Addendum on need basis for existing as well as future Contracts.
Handling / Clearing documents relating to EXIM and all activities relating to Asset Management.
Handling legal cases to protect the interest of the Company
Desired Candidate Profile for the Reliance BPO Job
The candidate should have:
Very good spoken and written English communication skills
Legal, Corporate Laws, Secretarial, IPOs ESOP Material, Merger, Acquisition, Takeover related knowledge
Knowledge in drafting contractual agreements of various requirements of Vendors and Client.
Knowledge in handling legal aspects / issues relating to contractual management.
