Job Designation : Manager - Commercial
Qualification : Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), MBA/PGDM
Experience : 8 to 9 years
Job Description :
Evaluate project feasibility and identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverage.
Closely working with COO and Finance on all investment opportunities within the business segment (Hungama Mobile) and managing the due diligence in all acquisitions in close coordination with the legal team including analyzing of all strategic investment opportunities available to the company which includes working on funding as and when required i.e. short term as well as long term debt fund.
Set priorities and manage work flow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities.
Negotiate with clients and other professionals to secure the desired objectives
Supervise the implementation of agreements and timely execution of the same
Check all documentation prior to acknowledgement and implementation
Close interaction with Income Tax & Service tax department for assessment and regular issues with the department.
Occasionally accompany Sales team on prospect and client meetings as requested by Sales team
Review audits of policies; verify accuracy and facilitate corrections, as needed, between client and the Company
Determine if billing is appropriate and invoices accordingly
Prepare and present MIS periodically, as ascertained, to the COO
Verify policy and policy change information, facilitating corrections when necessary
Process incoming mail and phone requests, responding promptly and appropriately
Interact with others effectively by utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals of the Company
Ensure compliance under the SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act) when the Company goes public.
