L&T Qualifications: Graduates/Post Graduates (commerce/Materials Management/Industrial Relations & labour Welfare) from a recognized university.
L&T Experience : At least 5-10 yrs in account & Administration/Store-keeping/Industrial Relations functions at project sites of reputed construction companies. Must have strong management skills, be familiar with industrial laws and be computer-literate.
