Job Profile for the GTL Job :
Responsibilities:
Responsible for pre-sale management and supporting strategic partners (OEMs, ISPs & Telecom Operators)
Support Sales efforts to Map the potential Tech. & business partners for Broadband Wireless Access (Fixed and Mobile) solutions.
Support building penetration strategy for all sub-regions accounts, which includes measurable and achievable milestones such as Lab/Field Trials, MOU’s, Reselling, OEMs, JVs contracts etc.
Capable to support local/Overseas accounts as well as able to handle ongoing tactical millstones.
Provide commercial and technical information concerning managed services (unique selling points) as well as assist the prospect in building relevant Business Cases.
To reduce network complexity, improve reliability with relevant support on techno-commercial aspects, fault, repair and spare management services, and optimize the cost of managed operations.
Design Managed Operation & Maintenance procedures including processes, flows, methodologies, reports & statistics.
Commercial Bid Preparation, Time & Effort Estimation for: Centralized NOC, Contact Centre, Tier Level Support & Logistic Management.

Qualifications & Experience for the GTL Job :

BSc / Diploma in Electronic / Computer Engineering, MSc / MBA - Advantage.
Previous Presales & Sales support experience.
Strong understanding of networking technologies.
WiMAX Experience (RF, WBS, Subscriber Stations, Core Networks).
EMS/NMS, NOC, Acceptance Testing, Training, Mediation & Billing - an advantage.

Coordinate the following GTL/CoE activities for the GTL Job:

Sales / Presales, Marketing & Business Development, Project Management within the Account.
Ongoing follow up meetings to maintain continuity and ensure CoE presales has full visibility into activities within an account on a global scale.
Ensure Partner satisfaction while achieving agreed upon company targets and goals.
Develop presentations, strategies, tactics, documentation, prompt & efficient problem escalation procedures, as required.
Accompany the business development, sales calls, customer visits, shows and any other activities required to execute the strategy.

Personal Skills:
Strong Project Management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication ability, including technical presentation skills.
Willingness to interact and work directly with customers.
Detail orientated and excellent follow-through abilities.
Ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner to various audiences.
Independent and self motivated.
