Job Profile for the Godrej Prima Job :
The Incumbent would be required to:
1. Volume & Values target achievement
2. Selection & Appointment of Retail Distributors
3. Creating & expanding the second tier channel
4. Act as a Business Manager for managing our business for the distributors
The incumbent shall be responsible for:-
- The regions entire operations
- interface with the various functions for smooth and timely availability of products/services to the channel
- Payment collections, administration of Marketing & Sales Promotion activities in the channel
- Maintaining relationship with the channel based on business parameters
- Inventory Planning at the local warehouses.
- Timely settlement of claims of distributors/dealers
- MIS for his region and also for any other market related feedback to the HO.
- Identifying and recommending new products for Retail Distribution with sufficient and relevant data.
Qualification Details for the Godrej Prima Job :
Essential Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Graduate in any discipline
Preferred Qualification: Post Graduation in Management (Marketing)
Experience Details
Essential Experience: 2-3 yrs in Sales/ Marketing
Preferred Experience: Knowledge of ERP (Like BaaN)
