Makes significant contributions to product development and innovation
Works with little or no supervision. Is able to take general direction and formulate specific tasks to accomplish the desired end result
Works as technical lead for a small product development team
Responsible for design, development and implementation of complete product modules or software components
Anticipates problems and future technical needs and takes necessary corrective steps to ensure they are addressed
Is looked upon to offer direction, guidance and mentoring to lesser skilled individuals on the team
Designs, develops and maintains high-quality code for highly complex components
Has the ability to work on and prioritize multiple tasks or assignments .
Experienced in design and development of software products and their modules
Hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of VC, VB, .NET, ASP
Experienced in system programming, multi-threading and inter-process communication
Excellent in Data Structures and Algorithms
Excellent written and oral communications skills .
