Job profile:
Enlarging IBM wallet share at existing large focus accounts. Managing client relationship for exisintg large focus accounts. Work with sales managers on SS-4 deals for account managed clients to understand and help qualify opportunities. Responsible for tracking client satisfaction and overseeing overall project hygiene in conjunction with the service line DPE . Oversee ISV relationship from a delivery persepective
Plan/execute requisite marketing campaigns for relationship harvesting. For opportunities in SS-4/7, manage the Siebel/B&P monitoring
Execute all responsibilties of an OO cum Project Executive.
