Job Designation : Officer Accounts
Qualification : Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), Chartered Accountant (C.A.), Master of Commerce (M.Com.)
Experience :3 to 7 years
Job Description :
Generating Sales Invoices, Monitoring Sales Receipts and Preparation of Credit Notes.
Processing vendor’s payment on due date and Executing cash payment for all cash purchases.
Preparation of Employees payroll and disbursing salaries and perks.
Preparing Vouchers (Bank & Cash), Doing Data Entry, Reconciliation of Accounts and Bank Reconciliation statements.
Executing cash payments for all cash transactions and disbursing employees reimbursements and perks.
Laisioning with Banks for withdrawing cash, depositing cash/cheque, Drafts/Pay orders.
Requesting and monitoring funds.
Deduction of tax at source, Employees income tax, Remitting the deducted tax to the government authority, Issuing TDS certificates and Filing to the income tax office.
Preparation of MIS on Sales Reports
Preparation of goods receipt note/credit note (Materials function).
Desired Candidate Profile :
B.Com /M.Com/ CA (Inter) with 3-7 years of experience. Good in MS Office.
