Job profile for the Philips Job:
1.Deliver Sell-Out in priority stores (Promoter deployed outlets) of the region. Develop and implement Trade Marketing tools, Sell-Out Activities and guard SLAs with supplier in order to enhance revenues from priority stores Develop interventions with CMMs to drive Sell-Out. Execute customer specific activities with KAs (promotions, demonstrations, events, etc). Define and deploy performance objectives for Promoters and establish a integrated framework with Sales/KAM for managing promoter productivity.
2. Develop and implement Marketing Activation programs for priority categories and priority channels
Lead in the roll-out of national level Trade Marketing programs (such as Experience Zones), working seamlessly with Marcom, PGP, CMM and Sales/KAM. Develop and execute region-specific category activation programs along with CMM and Regional Sales (TT channel). Develop and execute account-specific marketing activation programs along with KAM and CMM.
3. Drive In-store Retail Visibility: Manage point of purchase execution (merchandising, planogram compliance, house-keeping and activation) for priority stores in the region. Implement In-store Excellence Scorecard (ISE-S) for the region. Monitor and improve in-store execution through ISE-S
4. Manage Trade Marketing Budgets
Manage Trade Marketing budget (promoter, brand corners, events, activation) for the region
Evaluate Promotion Effectiveness with CMM. Evaluate Trade Spend Effectiveness with RSM.
5. Support Sales Development and lead New Product Launches and Initiatives
Along with CMM, develop and deploy new product launches including placement planning, product training, trade events and sales incentive rollouts. Support Sales in development of distributor capability by providing sales support tools, staff training and incentive. Front-end non-conventional channel development and new business initiatives.
