Job Description:
- Screen potential candidates for requirements received from clients
and Tier1 vendors.
- Maintain strong business relationship with Sub Contracting Vendors
and candidates.
- Handle all phases of recruiting - sourcing, screening, resume,
pipeline management, salary/rate negotiations and closing.
- Use various sources such as job boards, referrals, develop relations
with sub-contracting vendors, and profile the companies as per their
specialization in terms of technical skills.
Skills required:
- 1 to 5 yrs of exp in US Recruitment.
- Should be able to provide validity of achievement of recruitment
targets in previous employments.
- Must have worked with GC/ US Citizens/ TN/ EAD/H1/OPT
- Should have superior skills using networking sites such as LinkedIn
- Should have used job portals such as Dice, Monster etc.
Ability to Work US EST 8:30am to 6:00pm.
- EXCELLENT Communication Skills is a MUST
- Candidates willing to relocate to Mumbai after 6 months preferred.
