ABN AMRO Bank Job Purpose/Responsibilities
Functional focus HR environment (Core HR)
Employee data maintenance, compensation administration, HR
administration, etc.:
-Reply to enquiries and process transactions within agreed TAT and
level of quality as per agreed SLA.
-Process changes in employee status, job status, cost centre changes,
pay, etc.
-Administers employee life cycle events
-May work in other HR Services areas and “fill in” during periods of
heavy workload
-Performs other related duties as assigned
-Approves, rejects, re-submits or escalates MSS transactions based on
policies and guidelines
-Approves, rejects, re-submits or escalates ESS transactions based on
policies and guidelines
- Provides efficient, accurate and standardised solutions to clients
and customers.
- Generates and sends Open Service Request reports to the various
provider groups on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Generates and sends Australia Payroll Interface reports to
Remuneration Specialist (Australia)
-Communicates and follows-up on timelines for specific HR-processes
-Draft root cause analysis for errors captured
- Act in a compliant manner and meets compliance standards.
ABN AMRO Bank Job - Responds to inbound queries:
-Responds to and resolve customer queries using the appropriate
(knowledge) tools
-Gathers and expands (new) knowledge in a short time
-Handless queries from multiple channels: call, mail and web-based
-Completes limited after-call administrative work activities
-Conversations limited in length and structured in format
-Escalates unresolved queries to the appropriate channels as necessary
-Identifies and handle incidents and problems
-Maintains case ownership of escalated queries
-Maitains all standards and high level of dialogue-quality
-Handles calls and requests in a speedy, efficient fashion and
respecting a high level of quality
-Identifies caller as per the process and updates PeopleSoft.
-Requests client data according to standard methods
-Responds correctly by telephone and in writing
-Records incidents and problems in error log and improves on error
ratio.
-Interprets, investigates and analyses incidents
-Provides proper feedback to client if problem is referred
-Identifies problems arising in day to day operations
-Implements process improvements
Required Qualifications
Academic Qualifications:
Should hold a professional HR qualification
General Requirements:
Good command of written and verbal English
Key Technical Skills/ Knowledge:
Resourcing CORE
Peoplesoft and Business Objects CORE
Key Behavioural Competencies / Management Approach:
Client Driven CORE
Focus on Delivery CORE
Able to perfom under pressure situations

Ideally 2 years experience in HR area.

The response to local and national disasters is awesome but it’s a damn shame that so many citizens take advantage of the negative situations.
I mean everytime there is an earthquake, a flood, an oil spill - there’s always a group of heartless people who rip off tax payers.
This is in response to reading that 4 of Oprah Winfreys “angels” got busted ripping off the system. Shame on them!
