Job Profile for the Tata AIG Life Job:
Recruit Business Associates
Develop Business Associates through coaching, training, team management support etc
Provide operational support to Business Associates in terms of submissions, issuance , pending resolve, licensing etc
Plan, Monitor and Review Business Associates on a weekly basis - to drive Active agents, Case Rate and Case Size
Ensure that the Business Associates are meeting their team targets.
Work with the Business Associates to drive recruitment of new agents
Undertake activities like COPs and other footfall activities to drive recruitment.
Help the Business Associates develop his direct and indirect team
