Job Designation for the Inox Leisure Limited Job : Senior Manager - Projects (MEP)
Qualification for the Inox Leisure Limited Job : B.Tech/B.E.
Experience for the Inox Leisure Limited Job : 10 to 12 years
Job Description of the Inox Leisure Limited Job :
1. Planning and execution of Multiplex Projects in line with Government Norms / National Building Codes.
2. Complete the projects within Budgets/Time frame and assuring the desired quality of work.
3. Preparation of BOQ.
4. Handling the pre - tendering & post - tendering activities.
5. Tying up with various vendors, negotiating & getting the task force on the move.
6. Co-ordinating with project managers at various locations and keep a track of the progress of the projects.
7. To liaise with the developers and builders for their deliverables.
8. To co-ordinate with service consultants / Architects for finalizing / upgrading the drawings.
Duties and Responsibilities for the Inox Leisure Limited Job
To perform any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Desired Profile for the Inox Leisure Limited Job
Qualifications: B.E in Electrical . Exposure to Installing and Commissioning of MEP and working knowledge of AutoCAD is must.
Age: 30 - 35 yrs
Work Experience: Overall 10 to 12 years of experience in handling complete life cycle of Projects with not less than two years in managing the project(s) independently .
Desired Industry Background- Candidates from Hospitality / Service /Multiplex and Allied Industries background having hands on work experience.
