Responsibilities
Incumbent in this role will be responsible to ensure accurate maintenance of Fixed Asset Register and timely reporting and analysis.

Major activities would be to:
• Analyze CWIP and to ensure it is in line with the capitalization policy.
• Ensure Labor capitalization and Interest capitalization are done.
• Follow up with the project managers to obtain info on the project closures and analyze
• Analyze of Asset Addition and to ensure the accuracy wrt Type, Dep rate, ARO etc.
• Review of Asset Schedule by Entity and Consol
• Project the Depreciation charge for the future based on existing Asset
• Ensure Movement of Assets are recorded
• Conduct Physical Verification of Asset on a periodical basis
• Conduct impairment testing on an Annual basis
• Do disposals and assets transfers in the system

Requirements
Candidate must possess:
• At least a Chartered Accountancy in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• At least 16 – 18 year(s) of work experience in the related field
• Experience in Telecom Industry
• Knowledge of Financial Reporting, Fixed Asset Register monitoring, conducting physical verification etc..
• Knoweledge and working experience on at least one of the ERP systems viz SAP / Oracle is must.

Monitor day to day tasks performed by agencies
Resolve issues raised by agencies on a day to day basis
Manage the inventory of consumables
Conduct stock taking of consumables
Flag off consumables requirement as per minimum required levels
Track issue of consumables
Train & brief outsourced agencies & staff
