JP Morgan Chase Graduate Recruiter Job - Overview
The Graduate Recruitment team is responsible for sourcing future talent for J.P.Morgan from both undergraduate and graduate campuses. We partner with dedicated recruiting teams populated by businesspeople to create targeted strategies for attracting, selecting and then selling top talent on analyst and associate opportunities.
The Corporate Development Program (CDP) aims to attract, deploy, develop and retain high caliber entry level talent, to meet strategic India talent pipeline targets for Operations, Finance & Business Services and Technology. This is achieved by:
* Optimizing the CDP brand proposition in conjunction with the Line of Business (LOB), HR business partners, recruiters and graduate marketing
* Accurate recruitment messages to attract talent onto the program and ensure retention of talent recruited
* Ensuring a robust and fair selection process based on business’s needs (CDP Competencies) to ensure quality and suitability of pipeline
* LOB Client Management and engagement in recruitment and selection
* Managing the supply and demand for analysts and interns
JP Morgan Chase Graduate Recruiter Job - Responsibilities:
The Recruiter will have responsibility and accountability for:
CDP Selection Process
* Working with the rest of the relationship unit team, manage the end to end recruitment delivery for designated LOB including:
* Managing the supply and demand of graduates and interns onto the program
* Ensuring the selection process is robust and fair and delivering the quality required
* Managing and validating the interviewers and assessors - getting business buy-in, tracking participation, reporting to the business and running all training sessions across the country
* Overseeing candidate application database and ensuring overall strong candidate experiences
* Working with regional recruitment lead to ensure defined end to end recruitment and selection processes
* Developing strong relationships with the business, accurate and regular reporting, attending LOB meetings etc
* ‘Sell’ and promote the CDP program to our clients and internally - presenting back key achievements at exec committees, global team meetings etc
* Work to ensure more global and cross program consistency
* Shared services query management - second line support
Working with the regional recruitment lead to provide support and input for the CDP APAC marketing campaign including:
* Initiating and managing strategic and tactical activities to meet the changing recruitment demand
* Calendarize and execute all CDP recruitment events and recruiting trips and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth process
* Validation of and input to the India marketing campaign
* Review and refresh of all marketing materials for the new campaign
* Build and strengthen relationships with specific target universities
* Attend, lead and present at firm-wide and CDP specific events
* Work on the diversity and early identification strategies and execution to ensure strong pipeline onto the program
* Management of the intern program
* Project work as required e.g. selection approach definition and selection material rewrite etc
JP Morgan Chase Graduate Recruiter Job - Qualifications
Essential Skills/Experience:
* University degree or equivalent in HR from a reputed institute
* 4 to 5 years of Campus / Entry Level recruiting experience with reputed BFSI
* Ability to work independently and in teams
* Strong organizational, presentation, PC (e.g. Excel, Access etc) and database skills
* Strong influencing and communication skills
* Ability to work with a diverse group of people, including senior management and ensure participation / buy-in
* Prior experience of managing a talent program would be an added advantage
* Some domestic travel is required
