Job Profile for the Amara Raja Group Job:

1.Responsible for the profitable sales and retail development of all Company brands within a specified geographic area.
2.Researches methods to improve distributor and Company retail execution on all its brands through regular contact with all key accounts in the retail trade.
3.Serves as a liaison between the distributor and Company Sales and Marketing departments.
4.Evaluates, analyzes, and monitors assigned market area to assure that distributor is meeting annual plan objectives and properly servicing the market.
5.Achieve credibility with distributors by helping them to develop market share and improve performance and must strive to obtain and maintain “a fair share of mind” with distributors.
6.Responsible for supervising and motivating his/her sales team.

Graduate in any discipline with a PG Dip in Bus.Admn / MBA from an Institute of repute.
Must have at least 4 to 6 years of experience in FMCG sales, marketing and distribution in the food / beverage industry at a State/Zonal Level.
