Centre for Environmental Science and Engineering
P(09-1) Surfactant Aided Biodegradation of Model NAPLs.
SRF: (1 Post) Eligibility : M.Tech in Environmental/Chemical/Civil Engineering, MSc. Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology with two years research experience
Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.14000/- p.m. + HRA
Job Profile : The research involves experiments using hydrocarbon-degrading microorganisms and studies in surfactant aided degradation of synthetic oil formulations for interpreting bioavailability and substrate interaction effects.

P(09-2) “Evaluation of Polymeric Surfactants for Emulsification/Demulsification ”
SRF: (1 Post) Eligibility : M.Tech.(chemical engineering), M. Sc.(physics)

Job Profile : Experiments and mathematical modeling of emulsification and demulsification processes in the presence and absence of electric field and shear. Knowledge of MATLAB and or MATHEMATICA will be preferred.
