Job Title : Accounts Assistant
Job Description of the Firestone International Pvt. Ltd Job :
Daily petty cash distribution and Main cash affairs, Other cash Issues.
Follow-up of Vendor Bills with Store Department
Preparation of cheque of vendor and preparation of summary
Keep Track of Daily Sales -Purchase (Import-Export) and Update the data
Telephonic communication with vendor for payment & other issues, Factory related matters
Update of Payment Transaction cheque summery.
Payment of Statutory payment of TDS for Labour Rent Professional
Prepare Monthly summary
MIS for company
Monthly VAT summary
Qtly E-TDS details and submit to HO.
Follow-up for Bank statement with all bank and update the balance
Bank reconciliation
Monthly Stock statement.
Update All Account related data
Co-Ordinate with auditor at Audit and update the queries
Provide all data and documentation to Auditor
Bank Affairs, TDS, Follow-up for statement (Documentation).
