Responsibility comprises of handling the overall administrative & personnel function of the project site which includes recruitment of labour, disbursement of salary and wages to all the employees and labour, retrenchment of staff as when the situation and project demands, overall staff welfare and benefits and liaisoning with local police & local civil administration.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate from any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks. Relevant experience of 10 years or greater.
