Job Description of the Cellcast Interactive Job :
This position will be responsible for maintenance & creation of project documentation including Product specifications manuals, project plans, user manulas, guides, Online help etc.
Candidates must be highly proactive, innovative, persistent and able to manage project-documentation in a highly energetic environment.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities include:
Maintain existing documentation including user-manuals, Project plans and Product Description guides.
Track product updates and ensure that they are reflected in the documentation.
Ensure & maintain that final versions are up to standards and high quality.
Experience working with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Microsoft Visio.
Fix bugs in the documentation.
Work as part of team writing new documentation.
Learn how the product is designed and used.
Write concise, accurate, useful instructions and reference material on time.
Meeting with various departments (production/engineering/) to discuss the document requirements and gathering data to be included in the documents.
Researching about the documents from existing sources.
Edit and develop internal and external articles and other content as needed.
Improve content when necessary for clarity.
Edit articles for content, grammar, and style.
Self-motivated with excellent written English as well as communication and interpersonal soft-skills
Desired Profile for the Cellcast Interactive Job:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in any stream.
Must be skilled in documention and presenting them. Ability to express thoughts and ideas effectively. Strong time management and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written English skills. Good communication and analytical skills.
