Graduate with min 8 - 10 yrs experience Candidates should have good exposure to drafting HR Policies & procedures, Recruitment practices, Employment Relations, Payroll & Benefits Administration, Performance Management, HRMS and Training & Employee Development ,maintain industrial developmemt.
Responsiblities : As head of department supervise a large gamut & admin team
- Perform overall HR management duties
- Perform the role of business partner to communicates with various levels and with management
- In charge of safety and security, housekeeping and other administration work
